No heat during winter nights left rooms uncomfortably cold. Multiple light fixtures were broken, water leakage plagued the bathroom, and basic amenities like hand towels were missing. There were issues with the door to the bathroom—it creaked loudly and didn’t lock properly, making showers an anxious affair. Add to that a surprising £15 charge for parking despite misleading information about street parking being free in the area.
